Report post email limiter

My forum has had decent success limiting spam posts. We still get a few from humans, and the members are very good about reporting them. Too good! My mailbox gets flooded with emails reporting the same posts.

I need a mod or method to limit the number of email alerts sent out when a post is reported. One email alert is enough for any reported post.

Anyone know how to manage this? Thanks!!!
