INSTALL directory

Some hacked into my site and left me this message:

"You have a VBULLETIN EXPLOIT... delete your INSTALL directory... that's how i got in... dont' worry i didn't do anything.. just trying to see if it works... but i am sure that's how linkbucks is also being installed most likely... not sure though... "

How do I delete that "install directory"?

Delete it in your FTP, where you loaded the files to.

And do I have to replace the script?
