admin's members appear

Last week , I upgrade my vbulletin to the last 4 version 4.2.1 .
I have set Verify Email address in Registration , I have the normal registrations which new members register to my forum and I verify the address but the last days appears also admin members.
I saw my admin panel and I watched the member

No IP address , nothing!!!
How I can solve the problem?
