Hello, I think I was hacked, and now appeared an administrator I can not access via ftp, not that I can do.

What do you recommend??

yeah, I'm still administrator and deleted the new administrator but I can not access it via ftp

Then I would reset your ftp info in your cpanel, or ask your host to do so. Also make sure you delete your install directory, and of course change your user pm on the site.
