Error message in activation email

Today I got an email response from someone who was responding to the activation email. This is the part that was quoted in his email:

Sent: Sunday, September 01, 2013 3:06 PM
Subject: Could not find phrase 'ActivationEmail_v3_Day8'.


Could not find phrase 'ActivationEmail_v3_Day8'.

Can anyone tell me what that is all about and how it might be fixed?
