Registration Problem

I just took ownership of a forum that uses Vbulliten 4.2.1. After everything was transferred I'm having two problems that I can't fix. 1. After a person completes the registration and clicks complete they just get a blank page. 2. When a member clicks the Donate button rather then going to a paypal a screen w/ bluehost comes up( I use bluehost)? I have gone through all the admin pages many times and all looks correct to me. Any ideas?

Also---I would like to find some online training that will help me run my forum and use vbulletin. My computers skills are minimum. Any suggestions?

As white pages can be caused by a number of things, one of the easiest ways to get a error to show up is to enable "display_errors" in php.ini & restarting apache/nginx etc, if your on a dedicated/vps server.

If your on a shared hosting plan, some hosts allow a local php.ini, this can be placed in your forum folder with the following in it: display_errors = On

If your being redirected to the bluehost page, it possible the page its directing to is missing.
