Hey guys well I am going to be making a ROS Wordpress theme and Vbulletin Theme
Here is just a sample preview. I will be updating the thread based on feedback.

Design looks nice but the header part is soooooooooooooooo big :erm: I would shrink it down in "Y".

Almost 5 megs for a single image ? Convert it to flash. The file size will be MUCH smaller.

I know but you cant add flash to vbulletin.org =D

So I made it into a gif for them to see

Yeah it is very difficult to tell from a picture how a style looks on a live site, so that is why he wanted to help, to interact with it and see how it looked live.
