need vbulletin ads management help

iam looking for a little help regarding vbulletin forum
i have tried a few time for the following mod/hack used in this forum for advertisement banner
displayed between first post and thread , here is the image you can see

You forgot the image .. based on your description it is unclear what your problem is.

Looks as thought it's nested itself in a div id of ADS. Try finding this div tag and removing it from the code.
