Post Display User Colour

Hi there. I am looking for the plugin that enables the by (username) Today (time) in the post display to be coloured. here is an example: http://puu.sh/44QbA.png I want mine which is: http://puu.sh/44QcG.png to be like that. Does anybody know what that plugin is called? I am using vBulletin v3.8.7
