User Album Batch Exporter / Download Backup?

I want to provide my users with a way to batch export or download a backup of all the files they've uploaded to their vBulletin albums.

Are there any mods out there which provide this functionality (yes, I've searched but didn't find anything), or does anyone out there have any similar project in the works?

Is there a way to batch download the images from a member's album? I can use the "log in as another member" mod to access the members album. And I need an easy way to download all the images.
