Possible to display only to desktop users?

Is it possible to display something to only desktop users and exclude mobile browsers?

I have a footer ad that shows annoying mobile ads to mobile users and I'd like to just block that spot for all mobile browsers, is this possible?

You must be doing something wrong, because I just checked and my 4.2.1 forum doesn't show my ads in the mobile style. Or in Tapatalk for that matter. As expected, if I select to view the full site on my phone I do see the ads. Not sure you really want to block part of the full site for people that have specifically requested it.

Of course, not showing ads in mobile styles and Tapatalk is probably not a good long term solution for forums that depend on ads for revenue.
