Theme question

I upgraded from 4.2 to 4.2.1 and now i want change to new theme and wont let me it says cant install 4.2 theme on 4.2.1 forum is there anything i could to add a 4.2 theme to a 4.2.1 forum?

You should ask the theme designer about that. It usually means you need to edit the xml file.
