Hello out there,
I dont really know if its named Welcome Bar, but thats my guess.. I havent been able to find any mods so far supporting this, however i've seen it on other forums.
This is how mine looks -> http://puu.sh/41i7R.png
This is what im trying to get it to look like -> http://puu.sh/41i8R.png
Does anyone know how, and if its a hack/mod?
Thanks in advance!

Use CSS. Something like:
.toplinks ul.isuser li.welcomelink a {color:pink}

As my signature says:
If I post some CSS and don't say where it goes, put it in the additional.css template.
So, Style Manager > edit templates, throw it in there.

How am I then able to make it usergroup defined?
Aka Moderator being Blue, Admin being Red.

You would need to put conditions around it. Or, you could do the conditions in the header template.
Did you try a search to see if there is a modification to do this or if someone else has already posted instructions on how to do this?

A search on "username" will give you what you want.
