Why are my members getting banned after the paid (PayPal) subscription has expired?

It depends, is the group they were moved from on subscription still in existence?, have you checked your settings for each of the usergroups involved?

Yes, it was the default members usergroup. After the subscription is expired the member is usually moved back to the members usergroup.

And how do you think we can help without the correct info ( a crystal ball)

I wasn't expecting someone as useless as you to help in any way.

I will remember that next time you ask for help. If you took the time and checked my posts you would see that i help members all the time. Members here give there free time to help others but dont have to if thats what they wish so next time you post for help just remember this
