Twitter Facebook Google+ Navbar

Can someone please help me? I am trying to add the Twitter Facebook and Google+ logos to the navbar and have the appropriate images with a link to Facebook fan page, google+ etc. I searched and could not find a step by step explanation of how to do this.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
