Thread tools / moderation tools not working on IOS for specific theme

I'm working on a new theme for my vbulletin 4.2 forum, and I'm having problems using the drop down menus that are shown on the showthread page.

Specifically, when using this theme on an IOS (testing on my iPad mini) device, I can click on any of the thread mangement links, and the menu will drop down, but when I try to select something the menu just closes.



This only effects my new theme. Other themes work fine
Only seems to effect IOS / Apple devices
Happens to all of these drop downs (i.e. moderation tools, administrative, etc).
Navigation manager drop downs are fine.

When doing this from my desktop things work like they should, and I can select an option, then hit proceed.

It's absolutely a problem with this specific style.

As to what changes I've done, It's been well over 100. I've been working on this style for some time.

I did some checking on other forums using the same style, and they are having the same problem as well.

If the forum is running 4.20 the dropdowns work on IOS

If the forum is running 4.21 then the dropdowns don't work on IOS.

I just need to find out what changed between 4.2 and 4.21
