Quote button to previous posts add-on?

Is there a mod to add a 'quote' button to when you scroll down below and view previous posts in a thread while making a reply?

This is something phpBB does -- if you are replying to a post, you can scroll down to the old replies and there is a 'quote' button next to each to make it easy to respond to different people in the thread and quote them easily.

I like this more than 'multiquote'
