i have it set in usergroups to allow 175 x 175px avatars... yet i uploaded my 175px avatar and it resized it to 112 x 112

what do i add to the post bit to make a clickable link to give the poster reputation id like there to be a link in everyones post that says Give Rep or something like that... thanks!
