Default Theme Deleted

One of my meaningful Admins deleted the Default VB theme. Is there any way to reinstall it? And where would I find the XML file?

Admincp/styles and templates/style manager/add new style
Parent style = no parent style
Title = Default Style
Allow user selection = yes
Display order = 1
