This Mod is telling me to do this can some one explain?

2. CHMOD the following folders to 0777
/dbtech/thanks/vbactivity_type

[Ba'al]

Find the file on your server and right click and then click view/edit and then you can set the CHMOD to 777, its a security setting

[ForceHSS]

you need to login to your ftp to do this
