Making it so you don't have to enter text into a message with an attachment.

I have a forum that is completely dedicated to attachments and people post A LOT of attachments in there. They are getting tired of putting text in the message field and making sure it's always different text, because if it's the same then it screws up the post/attachment.

How do I remove this so my users can post attachments my forum without having to have different text in every message and/or not have to put any text in at all if they don't want to?

Can somebody work on this hack? My users keep requesting it, and I think it would be a very useful hack. Please. :(
