post editor problem

hey,
i am facing a problem in vb 3.7.2 in post editor. i am unable to paste any image in quick reply or even in advance editor, and also new pattern of bb codes not working, like if i want to bold any text its showing bold coding's around the selected text.

Click the little A/A button in the upper left corner to go into WYSIWYG mode.
