Our site has been up for about 9 years now and quite a few of our members have been on it for 5 years or more. All that time we've never had the CMS or Blog software but I'm about ready to install it. Our site is here: http://www.myhattiesburg.com/forums/forum.php
To be honest, I'm still trying to wrap my head around the benefits we're going to get from this. I can think of a few ways that this will be useful but I don't know how to express that to our members when I install it and they start asking why we added it and how they can use it. A lot of people don't like change and although I think we'll eventually come to like it and use it, I was wondering if there was a page somewhere that explains the benefits, that I can use for talking points, or if the people here just want to chime in on that. Maybe I can get a better understanding of it myself.
