vBulletin Social Network Poster Mod

I'm looking for a plugin that will help me manage my many social networks for my vB site on my vB Site.

It should be able to:

Manage my social media accounts
Keep history of all my updates
Upload a video to it and it post video to Youtube, Vimeo, ect
Create an update and makes a tweet, facebook update, and Google +
Create a blog that will get sent to blogger, blogspot, ect.

Is there anything like this out there for vBulletin?

Not that I understand everything you were requesting... You might want to look at vbsocial.com, I believe he has posted some lite versions here you can try out. His mods are mostly related to facebook. Mabye it's a start...
