hi just wondering how to turn off Currently Active Users for guests ?if there a setting to do this or a mod

I think Settings > Options > Forum Home: Options > Display Logged In Users? handles it

Go to "Who's online options"
Who's Online Display Guests
Display Guest (non-registered user) activity on Who's Online?
Select no. Save

i mean i dont want any1 that in not logged in to see Currently Active Users the Can View Who's Online option is set to no on unregistered user group but guests can still see who`s online on forum home

Change the option for viewing whos online in the usergroup for Unregistered / Not Logged In

Thats a standard forum option, no need for a conditional.
