Page too wide when 500+ posts

When a thread gets to 500+ posts the page starts growing too wide to fit the screen.
Is there a way to fix this without deleting posts?

I don't fully understand what you mean - what is making it wide? Can we get a link to see the problem?

Thanks Lynne....on any thread that has 500 or more posts, the page starts spreading out and more than fills the screen due to the number of pages displayed at the top of the thread, if that makes sense. Here's a link of one example:

Then change AdminCP > Settings > Options > Number of Pages Visible in Page Navigator to something other than 0 (default is 3).
