How To Fix Reputation Power? So 1 Rep = +1 Rep Point?

Vb has it setup weird, so it's like 389,383 rep points. Is it possible to set it up as 1 rep = 1 rep point? Any ideas?

Reputation power != reputation.

Reputation power is the sum of all of the points you can give to users, the total of which is generated by several settings in the AdminCP

Reputation is the amount of reputation you've received from others.
