So at the bottom of the homepage, it shows Active Users, those who have logged in in the past 30 days. Is there a way to list who those members are?

I don't believe there is any built in feature. I think this mod does something similar: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=177965 . There may be others, I'm not sure.
