rotating banner system does not work

Hello!
I can't make the rotating banner system work in my forum. I have followed very carefully the steps in this tutorial http://www.pagerobot.com/pub/rbs/rbs_01.htm
But nothing happens. The banners do not show. The banners are .gif . Any idea??
I have vbulletin 4.2.

You would have to post in the thread where you got the modification from.

Questions/Problems regarding modifications/styles need to be asked in the modification/style thread/forum. That is where the support for modification/style is - not out here in the main forums. Please note that if a modification/style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it.
