Smilies not working

My smilies appear to be on strike !

I've enabled them in Usergroup permissions and in Forum permissions, but they are refusing to make an appearance, any idea's anyone ?

I can see them in the acp, and in the editor, but when I click on them to add them to a message nothing happens.

I'm now getting reports from members that "reply with quote" and "multi quote" aren't working either

I now have them working when I enter the text commands
