Latest forum activity on Joomla

Hello,

I use Joomla CMS as front page and a vBulletin 4 forum. I would like to display latest forum activity on my Joomla pages as a sidebar. I looked through the forums and I havent find anything that could help me.

So, I'm asking if is there anywone who knows something about this?
