Since I am unable to find the knowledge base or tutorial mod. Wondering if this is possible.
Have a page separate from my forum page that would have the same functions as the forum and i can use that for the knowledge base page. All this on the same forum/install

Kinda like this site. where different tabs lead to different types of forums
I want to have my main forums under the Forums tab
then since there is no knowledgebase/tutorial type mod, i want to put a separate directory for it. (ex: Forums, Articles, Mods, etc..)

Try out this mod for organizing the forums into tabs:

It looks like it creates a secondary nav bar. I'll give it a try.

There are 3 ways I can think of to do this:
1) Buy the full vB4 package with CMS functionality. You can create static pages through the AdminCP.
2) Install vBadvanced CMPS (http://www.vbadvanced.com/products.php?do=productinfo&productid=4).
3) Install the free mod here called WebTemplates (www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=250202).
You'll have to spend some time reading through the manuals and playing around for each one but you can set up something like you see on vb.org.
