İ deleted Captcha field from somewhere, that i forgot how i deleted it now my captcha not works.

ok, there could be a simpler way instead of trying to get back things the way they were,

use the KeyCAPTCHA insead: KeyCAPTCHA (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=2178934)

i installed that but not works keycaptcha is not at register zone

you mean because you deleted Captcha code from some template, that's why it wouldn't show anywhere??

does Captcha show anywhere at registration, posting, sending message 'contact' if you activated it??

explain a little more so I can see where issue is....
