activity stream ... wrong display

I have a problem after the upgrade from 4.2pl3 to 4.2.1 with the activity stream

When a new forum topic is started the title is displayed correctly, but when a user replies to a topic the title is displayed as the forum link (ex. forumdisplay.php?f=26)

How can I fix this please?

I don't see any issues there. Sounds as though it may be a coding issue. I'd try re-installing your forum (or at least template), then see what happens. Also disable any plugins or products you have installed and see if the problem still persists.

If I remember correctly, I opened the language files in the backend looked for both phrases. I then adjusted the one for the reply to the exact same code as is used for the title.

I already solved the problem a few minutes ago before your reply.
I was thinking to post in this thread the solution.

For those with same problem that we had:
In Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Find Updated Phrases will list all phrases that need updating. What you're looking for is the ones related with activitystream.
