View banned users

Is there a plugin to search for them? or for it to change to A-Z?

You can view them in the Admincp under Users > View Banned Users and it is alphabetical from A-Z.

As for searching for them, go to Users > Search for Users and narrow the search to only those in the Banned usergroup.
