vBulletin Database Error!

I'm not sure what happened.... but i deleted old forum databases that i don't use/need anymore ..I'm now getting email from vBulletin every 5 minutes with this message

Database error in vBulletin :

Cannot use database blacksup_2012

MySQL Error : Access denied for user 'blacksup_2012'@'localhost' to database 'blacksup_2012'

This looks like you deleted a MySQL user that you had set up to have access to the database "blacksup_2012", so you need to create that MySQL user and grant them all permissions to that database again.
