Change hosts, they obviously can't cope with high server demand.

It's CPU usage your clocking high on, not bandwidth.

Bandwidth is the transfer of data, CPU usage is processing it.

It could save you heartache in the future.

i use www.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk i`m on there cloud vps deal ?23.99 a month and its fast with no downtime and support is great
