What is wrong?

What's wrong with it?

It shows version 1.00 which is the last version you have posted.

Version checking in 4.2.1 works for me. So I'm not sure why it doesn't for you.

The problem is your product id in your install XML doesn't match the product version check product id.

This...
<product productid="adem_bbkodu_icerikgizleme" active="1">

Should be this...
<product productid="adembbhide" active="1">
