i ust got an email from my host about server overload .. how do i stop this from happening ?

I don't really see anything on your forumdisplay page that is causing issues. You do have a couple of image files that are rather large - could those be the issue? I'd suggest making sure they are optimized for web use.

Are those music files hosted on your server?

If they are, someone has figured out a way to get to your music files and is downloading them or just simply streaming them to their site.
