Attachment Information

What i'm looking for is attachment information to show in a forum block. What i would like to show is.

For it to show how many uploads each user who sees it has uploaded (and if possible that number clickable too allow users to see their uploads
To show how many attachments where upload today
To show how many attachments where uploaded yesterday


Any help is greatly appreciated Thanks in advance
