Users Can't Log out of Forums

I'm having a problem with my forums. When i Log out it says cookies have been cleared but if i click on home it says i'm still logged in can this be fixed?

Do you have an .htaccess file in the forums directory or root? Try removing it and see if you can logout then.

i removed it, still wasn't able to loggout

What kind of caching is your server using (you will have to ask you host about this).
