Similar Threads when creating a new post

I want to add a module at the bottom of the title input that search for similar post by the title and show them. My vBulletin version is the last: 4.2.1 .
Are there plugins that can help me?
Or can someone help me to create it from 0?

I see several people saying "it doens't work" who then come back and say it does work and that they had forgotten to do a step. So, I suggest you go over all the steps and make sure you did them all correctly.
