how do i make those titles & small problem

Those are Categories. When you create a forum, set Act as Forum to No.

and how do I change it if I already installed the forum and its working for quite long?

I don't know what you mean. Add the category, move the forums to be 'under' it and everything should run fine.

If the Categories are already created just go into Forums & Moderators and find that Category and change the name.
