Custom Page Help

I created a custom html page with my site logo on it and then under the logo, it says login, register, and recover. How do i make it to where that page i created shows for the first page you see when i go to my website. If i was a guest and went to my url thats the page i want them to see.
Any Ideas?

if you are using 4.2 then use the Navigation Manager and in Show Permission Name put quest

Or, ask your host to point to that page as the default page when someone hits your site.
