whitte blank page after relocated server with new IP

Hello everyone,


I need help to solve this problem. After relocated the server to new network with the same hosting company, no backup or restore, they just moved the server from one location to different location. but now the website just shows white blank page, how do I fix this problem?

I really really appreciate you taking the time to help me on this issue.

What is in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host)?

Just wondering if your URL has changed or are you accessing the site with a new URL? If it has then have you tried going to the admin page and changing the URL? Settings -> Options -> Sitename/URL

If the server has moved to a different IP then the DNS change could take 24-48 hours. Also try to clear your windows dns cache.

ipconfig /flushdns

Then do a nslookup [domainname] and see if it brings back your new IP.

Thanks guys, I fixed after updated the DNS with correct IP address.
