Blank or White Pages (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages)

the rest of the site works fine, it is only those two files that identify that problem exists.

I added a new user ... member.php?u=1 is causing the problem as member.php?u=2 works just fine

I am looking at message that I just entered in a forum..
on the left is my userinfo block, when I hover over my name the link is member.php?u=1. when I click on the link it takes me to username_container providing me with various options.

View Profile link again is member.php?u=1. when I click on that this time it goes to a blank page where NO html output is being generated

Did you go through that page in the manual? Did you disable your plugins? Did you check your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host) at the time of the error?

Hi Lynne,

disabling plugins has no effect.. I will check the server error logs next. Interesting point is that member.php problem only exists where u=1

This is current error message for the activity.php script

[26-Apr-2013 11:05:53] PHP Fatal error: Class 'vB_ActivityStream_View_Perm__' not found in /xxxxx/xxxxx/public_html/masterchiefteam/vb/activitystream/view.php on line 589

There are no server errors indicated by the member.php script

Try Maintenance > General Update Tools and Rebuild the Activity Stream and see if that fixes the issue.
