What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?
* It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified whenever new updates are available.
* For security issues - vbulletin.org will contact all members who have installed a modification whenever a security issue is brought to their attention.
* Marking a modification as installed also helps me know how many people are using my work, giving me extra incentive to provide more features and new modifications.
I appreciate the support!

Any screenshots of the AdminCP Settings for this?

No, with over thirty settings it would be a pita to screenshot it all, best thing I can tell ya is to install it and take a look, if you don't like it you can then uninstall it. Or if you have any questions after installing, just ask.
Rodrigo.

Ive installed in 4.2.1 very nice mod. Im curious though is there not anyway to adjust the width because Im using a fixed style, its to wide.

I see it's a custom style, I would need a admin account to be able to see if I could make it work on that. The way the code is set up is to vBulletin default coding so if they adjust the code in the WGO template then it will not look right as you have found out.

There is no easy way to add a link under that column, as the one you are missing is for the archive, which you probably have disabled.
Visit your vBulletin Admin Control Panel, and on the left hand side, go into vBulletin Options.
In the dropdown, find Search Engine Friendly Archive.
Set the first option (Forum Archive Enabled) to "Yes", and hit the "Save" button. To remove the Back to Top, edit the template ozzy_links_block and remove this bit of code:
<div align="{vb:stylevar right}" style="margin-top: -20px; margin-right: 10px;">
<li><a href="{vb:raw relpath}#top" onclick="document.location.hash=\'top\'; return false;">{vb:rawphrase ozzy_links_block_btt}</a></li>
</div>

Removed the "Return to Top" successfully. And the reason I have the vBulletin archive disabled is I currently have vbseo installed and running on my site. Thanks for the help and if you have any suggestions on the archive thing let me know. :)

You could look in the same template and find:
<vb:if condition="$vboptions['archiveenabled']">
<li><a href="archive/index.php{vb:raw session.sessionurl_q}">{vb:rawphrase ozzy_links_block_archive}</a></li>
</vb:if>Remove the if conditional so it looks like this:
<li><a href="archive/index.php{vb:raw session.sessionurl_q}">{vb:rawphrase ozzy_links_block_archive}</a></li>
Then change archive/index.php to something else, and change {vb:rawphrase ozzy_links_block_archive} to text such as My Link Name.

Love this mod. I've installed it on my 4.2.1 site. It appeared and worked fine until I began customizing the Important Info and Miscellaneous Links sections with new titles and urls. Now I get an error message when I turn it on as follows:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/bgobses/public_html/includes/class_core.php(4716) : eval()'d code on line 343
Any idea what that's about? The only thing I did in the Admin CP was to set up the desired links.
ozzy47

What was it you added in the options that caused that to happen?
BGObsession
11-29-2013, 05:12 PM
I didn't change anything in the options, other than changing link titles and adding the full urls in the 'Important' and 'Misc' sections...It worked fine until I made changes. It doesn't make sense to me...

I got it working - the problem was a single link (the first 'Information' option). For some reason, it won't let me put in a link to this html page on my site:
http://www.bgobsession.com/gateway/382-what-were-about.html
I don't know why it's causing that error, but that's the issue...
BGObsession
11-29-2013, 05:35 PM
I've solved the mystery. It throws the error when you put an apostrophe in the link title - don't ask me why, but that's what is causing the problem.

Sweet :)
Works Right out of the Box !
Just so you know Misc Link # 8 goes no where and gives 404 error :p ...before setting up!
All the other links go to the forum :)
It would be cool to have a little block area to add our own text.
Edit
In regards to the Text I just looked up the text Important Site Links and inserted some stuff :)

Hey ozzy47,
Just noticed this...It would be great to have this to work with USML Advanced WGO Options (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=275140) ...in regards to usergroup permissions.
Thanks again!
ozzy47
12-06-2013, 08:24 PM
Not sure what you mean, this mod has it's own permissions for the block.

Yeah, I know but I think if it's hooked into one of these areas and it's turned off ...Ozzy mod may not work for the usergroup
Per usergroup, you may enable or disable:
What's Going On
Currently Active Users
Reputation amount
Upcoming Events
Today's Birthdays
Forum Statistics
Icon Legend
Perhaps I will post on his mod but it appears he has been away since August
Just a quick note, if you have another modification that adds something to the WGO section that you'd like added to/integrated with this modification, let me know and I'll see what I can do. :)
I will play around to see if I can make it work :)

Hey Ozzy, quick question. Site links working great on my primary skin at www.bgobsession.com. But we have an alternative skin called 'BGO Black' and the site links do not appear there. Weird since I've looked at the template file and it's there plain as day. Any thoughts or would you be willing to take a look? Thanks in advance!
