Is there an existing default scheduled task/cron job for moderated posts? I ask because today there were 3 posts awaiting moderation that were 3, 4, and 1 day old. Yesterday there were no posts awaiting moderation
So I'm thinking that I don't have a scheduled task set up. If there isn't a scheduled task how does vB determine when to show that there is a post needing moderation?

Are you looking at the main page of the admincp to see if there are any moderated posts?

Yes I am. I just got back from looking at my site, there were zero moderated posts/threads in the acp, but clicking on my new posts tab came up with one.

Are you sure it's a moderated post and not just a deleted post?

I didn't have any today so I don't have a screen shot, but yes it even says "Moderated" to the left of the thread/post title in searches.
I just disabled all of the plugins and mods and will see what happens over the next couple of days.

Ok so this is still happening. My mods and/or I will check the moderated posts on the main page of the ACP and it will say zero. But when we click on the "new posts" tab in the navbar there is 1 or more moderated posts.
It's not a big deal since they show up when you click the "new posts" tab, but it is a little annoying and I can't figure out why the ACP says there are zero posts. My only conclusion is a conflict with the Glowhost Spam-O-Matic mod. Suppose I should bring this up there and see if anyone else using the mod notices the same.
