Duble post problem

Hello , The forum is going to double post messages . There are a lot of posts like this . Server optimization I made, but did not . I'm sorry for my english is bad. What is the reason, what should I do?

NOTE : Linux VPS , cPanel , Php 5.3.22 Mysql : 5.5.30 ( There is no support ourselves, we provide support for hosting )

From what i have read the double posts is a known issue in 4.2.0 and will be fixed in 4.2.1 which is being worked on now.
