Hide attachments

Is there a way to hide attachments untill the user has made a certain amount of posts

Set the usergroup to not be able to see attachments and then promote them to a new usergroup that can see attachments after xxx posts. (If you do a search, I believe there is a mod that does this without using promotions/usergroups.)
